Absolutely, our tutors will work with you on pre-assessment of your academic situation and then develop an improvement plan focusing on areas for improvement.
You may cancel a confirmed online tutoring session 60 minutes prior to start time. Your payment will be credited back to your account balance and can be reused at a later time. However, if you do not show up for a scheduled session 30 minutes after the start time, you will be charged full session price.
Train The Brain offers affordable high-quality online tutoring. We offer Pay As You Go options for online tutoring at $0.67/minute or you can use one of our discount packages. For more details, check out our Pricing page.
Although our platform is very user-friendly and you can navigate through the tabs, we have instructed our tutors to help familiarize you with the environment. You do not have to be a computer “geek” to use our system, and anyone with basic computer skills can benefit from our technology.
